Homesthat lookafter you

Interiors shaped around how a day actually runs: the morning light, the warmth of a material, the hour when the lamps go on.

Homes That Restore

Beautiful homes are easy. A home that changes how you feel every day is the real luxury.

Beautiful homes are easy. A home that changes how you feel every day is the real luxury.

Material is the means, not the story. Stone, teak and plaster earn their place here because of what they do to a room at seven in the morning and again at nine at night, not because of what they cost.

“Focus on passion-driven spaces is probably the single biggest change in the industry today.”
Azmin Kaka, to Business Standard
  • The Feeling Comes First

How the morning light lands. The warmth of a material under your hand. The glow of a lamp late in the evening. How a room should feel is settled long before what it is made of.

  • The Confidence to Stop

Nothing forced, nothing over-designed. A room can hold a great deal of personality without asking to be noticed for it. Knowing where to stop is most of the work.

  • The Details You Never Notice

The colour temperature of a light. The height of a mirror. Which way a room faces, and whether a surface will still look right in ten years. You will not see these decisions. You will feel every one of them.

About Azmin

Designing for howa home makesyou feel.

An architecture and interior design studio based in Mumbai, working across residential and commercial projects.

To me good design is far more than only aesthetics. The homes we live in influence how we feel, how we connect with others, and how we experience everyday life. My goal is to create spaces that not only look beautiful, but support and enrich the lives of the people who live in them.
